A graduate in Art History from Charles University in Prague, Veronika Hulíková focuses professionally on Czech painting of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, organising monograph exhibitions on Otakar Lebeda (2009), Jakub Schikaneder (2012), and Ludvík Kuba (2013). Together with Otto M. Urban and Filip Wittlich, she prepared the permanent exhibition titled 1796–1918: Art of the Long Century. Currently, Hulíková works on the grant project named The Painter Josef Mánes (1820–1871).
